Job Role: Technical Lead - Oracle OFSAA

Salary Range: $100000 to $120000/Annum
Technical & Functional Skills
• Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM)
• Project management experience
o Demonstrated experience in technology delivery, program and/or project management, or engineering leadership roles within complex enterprise environments.
o Proven track record of delivering large scale, complex technology initiatives across multiple cross functional teams and stakeholders.
o Experience working with Oracle based platforms or solutions.
o Experience supporting or delivering solutions within an AML (Anti Money Laundering) technology platform or other regulated environments.
o Proficiency with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF, to support planning, execution, tracking, and governance.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
o Experience coordinating delivery across vendor led or partner managed teams
