Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to win complex deals over time—not just close quick transactions?

We’re a growing healthcare services organization partnering with employers to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and support employees through critical moments. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in longer sales cycles, builds trust with multiple stakeholders, and knows how to create momentum before an RFP ever hits.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large employer opportunities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Risk, and executive leadership
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and influencers
  • Partner with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners to drive new business
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on outcomes, value, and long-term impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience selling in a 6–12+ month sales cycle environment
  • Background in one or more of the following:
    • Workers Compensation / Occupational Health
    • Physical Therapy / Home Health 
    • Healthcare SaaS or services
    • Employee benefits / insurance / broker channel
    • HR tech / HCM solutions
    • Other complex B2B solution sales into employers or healthcare organizations
  • Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, business development mindset
  • Comfortable operating in less transactional, more consultative sales environments

Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience 
  • A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities 
  • Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach 
  • Self-starter mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals 
  • Ability to manage a territory and stay organized in a remote environment 
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field is helpful, but not required
