Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Supply Chain Management solutions within Oracle Cloud. This role requires strong functional expertise across core SCM modules and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of deep functional knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications and system designs
• Design and document business processes, workflows, and system configurations aligned with supply chain operations
• Provide subject matter expertise across supply chain domains, including inventory, procurement, order fulfillment, manufacturing, and logistics
• Conduct system testing activities (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure solution quality and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Oracle Cloud SCM modules
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations, customizations, and extensions
• Ensure ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions
• Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud releases, new features, and best practices
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations
• Hands-on expertise in modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead functional design and implementation initiatives
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Healthcare industry environments
• Understanding of healthcare systems and clinical operations
• Experience in complex, high-volume supply chain environments
• Exposure to integration scenarios and enterprise system landscapes
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
