Overview
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Core HR Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong technical background to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires a predominantly technical profile (approximately 80%), combined with functional understanding of Core HR processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing integrations, reports, data conversions, and system extensions, while supporting business requirements and ensuring data integrity across HCM processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Core HR solutions with a strong technical focus
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts (inbound and outbound interfaces)
• Build and customize reports using BI Publisher
• Develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs
• Create and maintain Fast Formulas aligned with module-specific requirements
• Perform data migration and conversion using HDL and PBL tools
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues within HCM Cloud
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
• Participate in testing cycles, including SIT and UAT
• Support ongoing enhancements and system optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong expertise in Core HR module
• Advanced technical skills in:
• HCM Extracts (Interfaces – Inbound/Outbound)
• BI Publisher
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Fast Formulas
• Hands-on experience with data conversion tools: HDL and PBL
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity (80% technical / 20% functional)
• Advanced English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Taleo Recruiting and Taleo Learning
• Exposure to Payroll module
• Experience in Healthcare industry environments
• Understanding of healthcare systems and clinical operations
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
