Overview
We are seeking an Oracle HCM ORC Technical Consultant with a strong technical background to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions. This role requires a predominantly technical profile (approximately 80%), combined with functional understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building integrations, reports, data conversions, and system extensions, ensuring seamless operation of recruiting processes and data flows within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM ORC (Recruiting Cloud) solutions with a strong technical focus
• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts (inbound and outbound interfaces) for recruiting processes
• Build and customize reports using BI Publisher
• Develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts to support reporting, integrations, and data analysis
• Create and maintain Fast Formulas aligned with recruiting and HCM module requirements
• Perform data migration and conversion using HDL and PBL tools
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate recruiting and business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle HCM ORC
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across recruiting systems
• Participate in testing cycles, including SIT and UAT
• Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of recruiting solutions
Required Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Strong technical expertise in:
• HCM Extracts (Inbound/Outbound Interfaces)
• BI Publisher
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Fast Formulas
• Experience with data conversion tools: HDL and PBL
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to operate in a techno-functional capacity (80% technical / 20% functional)
• Advanced English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Taleo Recruiting and Taleo Learning
• Exposure to Payroll module
• Experience in Healthcare industry environments
• Understanding of recruiting processes and talent acquisition lifecycle
• Familiarity with integrations across HR and external recruiting platforms
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
