Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality digital solutions in an Agile environment.

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (frontend, backend, QA).
  
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to review and refine designs, ensuring usability and business alignment.
  
• Support Agile delivery through active participation in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews).
  
• Manage multiple features and services in parallel while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Leverage AI tools to automate and improve documentation and requirement processes.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  
• Solid technical understanding, including:
  
• APIs and system integrations
  
• Frontend and backend development concepts
  
• Database structures and schemas
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand technical constraints.
  
• Strong client-facing skills, including communication, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning.
  
• High attention to detail, especially when reviewing Figma designs with UI/UX teams.
  
• Proven ability to use AI tools to streamline tasks such as BRD writing, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Experience working on digital platforms or enterprise systems.
  
• Exposure to UX best practices and user-centered design.
  
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple projects or services.
