The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to support managed services operations. This role focuses on execution, automation, and integration under the guidance of the Architect and Product Owner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automations.
Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, and middleware.
Support ServiceBridge and eBonding configurations with clients.
Troubleshoot platform issues and support enhancements.
Follow established SDLC, testing, and documentation standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners and BSAs to implement requirements.
Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and managed services workflows.
Nice to have:
ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification.
Experience with enterprise integrations and automation.
Exposure to MSP or multi-tenant environments.
