Training Delivery: Deliver high-impact sessions on sourcing, contracting, and procurement best practices.
Content Development: Design structured modules covering RFP creation, bid evaluation, pricing analysis, and contract drafting.
Hands-on Support: Guide participants through real-world procurement challenges including stakeholder communication, negotiation strategies, and project execution.

End-to-End Sourcing:

Strong experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
