Job description

This is a remote position.

One of Cox Consulting Network’s (CCN) clients is seeking a Manager-Level Accounting Consultant to support a newly acquired business during a 2+ month engagement. This fully remote role will be instrumental in building and enhancing scalable processes, strengthening financial operations, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger ownership
Strong experience in accounts receivable and revenue recognition workflows
Proven ability to build, improve, and scale accounting processes in ambiguous environments
Experience reviewing financial results vs. forecast and analyzing variances
Hands-on experience with SAP
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with SAP HANA
Background supporting newly acquired or transitioning business units
Experience with reserve calculations and vendor spend analysis
Prior experience managing or mentoring accounting/AR teams
Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
