Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as a Program Specialist! Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. The breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact.

For this specific role, we are looking for a team member to who is willing and able to step into various program projects and needs as they arise. This person might support tasks that range from customer tracking and incentive processing to supporting implementation activities for special initiatives.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you have experience in or enjoy work in the following areas:

  • Project coordination: identifying key tasks, setting timelines, facilitating progress to meet timelines and identifying challenges or successes in meeting milestones.

  • Reporting: developing and contributing to client-facing reporting including narrative and data analysis.

  • Process Improvement: identifying improvement areas to existing protocols or procedures to create both efficiencies and improved data integrity.

  • 2-5 years administrative experience

Target Compensation:

$60,000.00
 

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$48,800.00 - $66,300.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
