What We'll Bring:

As part of TransUnion’s Global Solutions organization, the Solutions Launch PMO enables consistent and efficient product launches, helping to unlock revenue, advance innovation and achieve enterprise goals.
Our team is seeking an experienced Program Manager responsible for end-to-end orchestration of cross-functional activities required to successfully bring solutions to market. This role serves as the central point of accountability for launch readiness, execution, and post-launch stabilization.
Unlike traditional technical project management roles, this position focuses on go-to-market execution, aligning product, marketing, sales, operations, enablement, customer support, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated, high-quality solution launches. The Program Manager ensures that all launch workstreams progress efficiently, dependencies are managed proactively, and leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, and readiness.
This role is critical to driving predictable, repeatable, and scalable solution launches that meet business objectives.
This is a remote position which may require occasional business travel for project-related meetings at the discretion of management.

What You'll Bring:

Launch Program Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end program management of solution launches, from early planning through launch execution and post-launch monitoring set-up
  • Develop and maintain integrated launch plans that align scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across all workstreams
  • Ensure launch goals, success metrics, and readiness criteria are clearly defined and agreed upon

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams including (but not limited to): Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Operations, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, and IT
  • Facilitate regular program meetings (e.g., status meetings, deep dive workshops, Steering Committee risk reviews) to drive alignment and accountability
  • Act as the primary point of contact for launch-related planning and execution across the organization

Go-to-Market Readiness

  • Working with the Product team and other stakeholders, you will drive alignment on go-to-market strategy and launch approach
  • Track readiness across key dimensions such as messaging, training, tooling, operational preparedness, and customer experience
  • Identify gaps or risks to readiness early and work with owners to define and execute mitigation plans

Risk, Dependency, and Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
  • Escalate critical risks and trade-offs with clear options and recommendations
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and changes

Communication and Executive Reporting

  • Provide concise, actionable status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Translate complex, cross-functional activity into clear insights on progress, risks, and launch confidence
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned and managed throughout the launch lifecycle

Process Improvement and Launch Excellence

  • Apply TransUnion’s best-in-class Product Development Life Cycle framework, educating project teams on the same and ensuring adherence to standards
  • Partner with PMO leadership to scale consistent, repeatable launch execution across the portfolio
  • Capture lessons learned and post-launch insights to improve future launches
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts of PMO processes, tools, and best practices
