Design and evaluate experiments using innovative data sources and modeling techniques to assess business impact and model effectiveness.
Generate deep insights into client- and customer-level risk variability and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for partners and leaders.
Influence decisions around data architecture and future data investments by assessing current capabilities and identifying opportunities to scale impact.
Communicate results and recommendations through clear, well-structured analysis and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate across the Data Science COE, underwriting, pricing, and analytics teams to deliver solutions aligned to enterprise goals.

Experience working with large, complex datasets; healthcare data such as claims or EHR is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex analytical work, identify risks or blockers, and propose practical solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying predictive or machine learning models to production or cloud-based environments.
Familiarity with underwriting, pricing, or insurance-related analytics.
