Lead iOS Mobile Engineer - 100% Remoto

We are looking for an iOS Architect (Lead) to lead the design and architecture of complex, high-impact mobile solutions focused on mixed-reality experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering and strategic technical leadership. You will collaborate closely with Product, Business, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative experiences at scale, ensuring architectural excellence and long-term sustainability across iOS initiatives.

Requeriments:

• 8+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or Architect role.
• Strong expertise in Swift and modern iOS development.
• At least 1+ year of production experience with SwiftUI (current hands-on experience required).
• Experience working with Swift Package Manager and modular architectures.
• Solid knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular systems).
• Strong experience designing and delivering complex, scalable mobile solutions.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers.
• Advanced English level (client-facing collaboration required).
• Experience working in cross-functional environments (Product, Design, Business).
• Experience delivering applications at scale.
• Strong focus on performance optimization and app reliability.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for mobile.

Main responsibilites:

• Architect & Design Solutions: Lead end-to-end architecture for complex mobile projects, decomposing requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Hands-On Engineering: Contribute to development when necessary, setting standards for code quality and maintainability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote best practices in mobile architecture, testing, and modularization.
• Innovation: Evaluate and introduce modern tools, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Quality & Reliability: Ensure high standards of performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
