Job description

Location: Basingstoke, UK (Remote will be considered)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 9-12 months - Maternity cover (Tuesday+Thursday)

Start Date: Mid/End of May (TBC)

As our Logistics Administrator, you will play a critical role in the financial backbone of our global operations. Hawk-Eye Innovations moves hundreds of staff and tons of specialised technology across the globe every week. Your primary goal is to ensure the high volume of overhead, specifically freight, accommodation, and vehicle rentals is meticulously reconciled and assigned to the correct projects


Responsibilities »

  • Primary focus using SAP to allocate vendor invoices for final approval and payment

  • Work closely with internal and external finance teams with any queries

  • Ensure any withheld invoices are not paid and manage the resolution before instructing the payment team to pay.

  • Liaise with wider logistics team with any invoice discrepancies

  • Raise any manual/early payment requests in SAP

  • Follow internal process to create new vendors in SAP

  • Work closely with the Logistics Management Team to provide an additional administrative support function to the wider Logistics team.

  • Any other general duties

  • Organising team activities

  • Excellent communication and administration skills, performed with a high level of attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload

  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure and balance many tasks simultaneously

  • Friendly, approachable attitude and strong teamwork skills

  • Desire to learn and grow with Hawk-Eye; and motivation to get stuck in with new projects

  • Flexibility and adaptability – the responsibilities and priorities for this role change on a weekly or sometimes daily basis!

  • An interest in sport is desirable
