Our client is a luxury real estate brand focused on delivering high-end experiences through strategic marketing and visually compelling design. Their team supports both sales and operations by creating premium print and digital assets that enhance brand presence and elevate the customer journey across multiple touchpoints.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital design assets that support marketing, advertising, and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on creative role where the designer will take projects from ideation through execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand identity, visual standards, and campaign objectives.
Design & Production
Create print collateral, digital ads, and marketing materials for luxury real estate brands
Produce designs that support strategic advertising and marketing campaigns, enhancing the overall customer experience
Take creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback from marketing and operations teams
Prepare final designs for print, ensuring proper file formats and resolution
Creative Development
Establish new creative components for advertising and marketing efforts
Innovate and develop fresh designs to elevate the customer journey and brand presentation
Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts using strong design principles and artistic aptitude
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with project goals
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, providing rationale behind creative decisions
Experience
3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within real estate or luxury brands
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and creative projects
Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and AI tools
Experience with video editing software (nice to have)
Solid understanding of web design constraints and platform capabilities
Strong graphic and visual design skills, including knowledge of color theory, visual hierarchy, and design best practices
Artistic aptitude for creating eye-catching and effective graphics
Ability to design for both print and digital mediums, balancing creativity and functionality
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Flexibility and ability to adapt to feedback while maintaining creative integrity
Visually strong, brand-consistent designs that elevate marketing and advertising campaigns
High-quality print and digital materials that support sales and operational goals
Timely and accurate execution of design projects without compromising quality
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful outputs
