The Director, FP&A Analytics & BI owns FP&A data, systems, models, and analytics, enabling accurate, automated, and forward-looking insights across the enterprise. This role ensures data integrity, modernizes reporting, and delivers standardized analytics and dashboards that elevate financial decision making. The Director is the architect of FP&A insight, reducing manual effort while increasing speed, accuracy, and strategic value.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Data, Systems & Model Ownership
- Own FP&A data architecture, system governance, and reconciliation standards
- Define and enforce review protocols and data controls across FP&A
- Own and maintain FP&A models (market‑level and enterprise consolidation)
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain standardized dashboards, KPI views, and executive analytics (Power BI)
- Reduce reliance on manual spreadsheet‑based reporting and reconciliations
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of all FP&A reporting outputs
Business Insights
- Lead KPI trend analysis, cost of service (COS), and P&L driver analytics
- Deliver proactive, actionable insights to business leaders and FP&A partners
- Support enterprise and market‑level performance narratives with data‑backed insights
Strategic Decision Support
- Provide financial modeling and analytics for strategic initiatives and business cases
- Track outcomes vs. plan and support optimization of results post‑implementation
Team Leadership
- Lead analytics, reporting, and technical FP&A resources
- Set priorities, standards, and development plans for analytics talent
- Partner closely with Corporate FP&A and Business Finance to align outputs to business needs
Qualifications:
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
8+ years of progressive finance experience, including Finance Business Partnering
Hands-on expertise with financial systems (PBCS, Hyperion, or similar) including data models, hierarchies, and integrations
Experience partnering with IT, Data, or Analytics teams to implement system enhancements or data structure improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, financial and systems skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading automation and process redesign across forecasting, reporting, or planning
- Proven ability to modernize reporting through standardization, dashboarding, and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case development
- Strong communication and business partnership skills, with the ability to translate data into insights that resonate with operators and executives
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Range:
USD $136,000.00 - USD $232,000.00 /Yr.
