Senior Vice President, Compliance

Remote | Reports to Chief Medical and Safety Officer

Help at Home is seeking a dynamic and field-engaged Senior Vice President of Compliance to lead and evolve our enterprise compliance program across a multi-state home-based care organization.

This is a highly visible executive role responsible for strengthening a culture of quality, safety, and integrity throughout the organization. The ideal leader combines deep regulatory expertise with strong interpersonal effectiveness — someone who can advise the Board and executive team while also building trust with caregivers and operational leaders in the field.

The base salary range for this role is $288,000–$300,000, in addition to a bonus opportunity.

Our Benefits:

  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives
  • Flexible options to support a balanced life

  • Drive compliance visibility and engagement throughout field operations, including travel to key markets
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, HR, and legal leaders to embed compliant decision-making
  • Lead investigations and oversee corrective action planning
  • Advise executive leadership and the Board on compliance risk, program effectiveness, and emerging regulatory trends
