We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team for a remote opportunity. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing impactful learning solutions that enhance employee performance and support business objectives. This role combines expertise in instructional design, content development, learning technologies, and data analytics to create scalable, engaging training programs. The ideal candidate is experienced in LMS administration, digital learning tools such as Articulate, and platforms like Percipio, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

This is a contract to hire role. The ideal resource will work EST hours 8AM to 5PM.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Build and manage learning programs, including onboarding, technical training, and leadership development
  • Administer and maintain LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Percipio), including course setup, user management, and learning paths
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Analyze learning data and generate reports to measure effectiveness, engagement, and ROI
  • Create dashboards and provide insights to improve learning outcomes and align with business goals
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with adult learning principles  
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies
 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Instructional Design
  • Strong hands-on experience with Percipio (Skillsoft) and Articulate Storyline/Rise
  • Experience administering LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver digital learning solutions
  • Experience with learning analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
 

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $23.25 - $31.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
