We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team and support recruiting processes for technology roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to a dynamic team environment while continuing to grow within Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review inbound applicants and assess their alignment with role requirements.
  • Perform initial candidate interviews to evaluate both general fit and role-related criteria.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate interviews across calendars, stakeholders, and time zones.
  • Post job openings across relevant platforms and support pipeline generation efforts.
  • Keep candidate records and recruiting systems updated and organized.
  • Contribute to internal Talent Acquisition initiatives such as process improvements, documentation, and team support.

  • Requirements:
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, customer service, or other roles involving direct interaction with people.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar sourcing channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfort coordinating interviews and following up with multiple stakeholders.

  • Nice to have/ It's a plus:
  • Previous experience in IT or Tech recruitment.
  • Experience conducting screening interviews.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Basic knowledge of technology roles and common tech stacks.
  • Studies related to Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or similar fields.
