.NET Software Developer

Location: Nashville, TN - Remote

Role Snapshot
The .NET Software Developer designs, develops, and maintains web applications that support the Comptroller’s Office. This role works as part of an Agile team to create secure, accessible, high‑quality solutions for internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain complex applications and web-based solutions
Work as a collaborative member of an Agile software development team
Assist with break/fix issues and troubleshooting
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs

What We're Looking For
Required

Proficiency with C# and ASP.NET Core
Experience with Azure and/or Azure Government
Strong understanding of web-based solution design and development
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience with Blazor and component libraries such as MudBlazor
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Git
Experience with Enterprise Agile tools (TFS/Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub Projects)
Experience developing applications that meet ADA accessibility and WCAG standards
Strong technical communication skills
Organization skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication
Adaptability and openness to change; commitment to continual learning

Preferred

Experience working in Agile and DevOps team structures
Innovative mindset and creative problem-solving
