As a Global Master Planner, you will help shape how we align global demand, supply, and production capabilities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and working with data to drive smarter decisions across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global master planning by translating demand into feasible supply and production plans while balancing the production plan across multiple factories to ensure optimized cross‑site allocation.
Develop and maintain planning models and parameters (lead times, lot sizes, calendars) to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.
Monitor and analyse global supply chain performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to meet service and cost targets.
Balance demand and capacity constraints, performing scenario analysis and recommending actions to mitigate risks and maintain service levels.
Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to synchronize planning activities and resolve constraints.
Ensure the accuracy of key planning data to support reliable planning and decision-making.
Contribute to improving planning tools and workflows, leveraging analytics and automation to improve efficiency and transparency.
Prepare and present planning insights and scenarios with relevant stakeholders, supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on resilience, agility, and sustainability in global planning processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
Several years of experience in global supply chain planning, master scheduling, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with planning systems (SAP considered an advantage) and strong skills in Power BI and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex scenarios clearly.
