The Customer Service Analyst at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing purchase orders and related information, from order entry to successful delivery to the customer.

This position reports to the Customer Service Coordinator and is part of the Operations located in São Paulo and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • This position will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers and will work closely with the Import, Planning, Finance, and Sales departments whenever necessary to ensure that orders received via email or the e-store are fulfilled within expected timelines.
  • Act to ensure that OTD and departmental performance indicators are within the expected standards
  • Be responsible for the RMA process in Oracle and track all the processes until credit note is generated if applicable/appropriate.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, International Businesses (Foreign Trade) or Supply chain
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Production Engineering or International Trade
  • Advanced English and Excel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Oracle
  • PowerBI
