The Technical Support Provider assist internal and external customers with
providing technical support and assistance to clients regarding their electronic billing software needs, as pertaining to the Eligibility Verification and Patient Liability Estimator service lines. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
Assist customer with on-going support and troubleshooting for the eligibility and Patient Liability Estimator applications that have been installed.
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Experience/Certification Requirements
· High degree of self-motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to positively represent the company.
· Above average oral and written communication skills, can work independently and has high degree of critical thinking skills
