The company is focused on scaling its operations, driving revenue growth, and improving conversion efficiency across digital channels. With strong existing traffic, they are now prioritizing optimizing the customer journey and maximizing conversion performance to unlock further growth.
Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST
The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the transition from traffic generation to full-funnel conversion optimization. This role is focused on improving landing page performance, optimizing the customer journey, and increasing conversion efficiency across digital channels.
Analyze the customer journey to identify drop-off points and conversion gaps across landing pages
Implement strategies to improve landing page trust, product clarity, and user experience
Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
Optimize the Shopify store environment to improve post-click revenue and overall conversion performance
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Align ad messaging with landing page content to ensure a cohesive, high-converting brand experience
Monitor and adjust key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, with a focus on improving efficiency and lowering CPA
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics
Translate performance data into actionable insights and report on the direct impact of growth initiatives
Provide regular, data-backed updates on performance, highlighting what is working and where improvements are needed
Work directly with the brand owner to lead marketing strategy and own the marketing roadmap
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives and landing page designs address customer pain points and build trust
Stay informed on e-commerce trends, particularly within high-ticket consumer products
2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing within e-commerce
Proven experience optimizing conversion funnels and improving landing page performance
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics
Experience with high-ticket or consumer products preferred
Strong data-driven and problem-solving mindset
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage end-to-end strategy
Proactive, transparent, and solution-oriented approach
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Reduced bounce rates through improved landing page experience and trust signals
Increased conversion rates from existing traffic, leading to improved efficiency and lower CPA
Clear ownership of the marketing roadmap and measurable impact on overall business performance
Consistent, honest, and data-driven reporting on campaign performance and optimization efforts
