Founding Account Executive (AE) | 0 -> 1 Builder
We're not looking for an average AE.
We're looking for a killer who knows how to build, close, and scale.
This is a Founding AE role where you won't just sell, you'll help build the entire sales engine from scratch.
What you bring:
- 4–5+ years of proven sales performance
- Strong SaaS sales background
- Basic understanding of Web3
- A track record of closing deals consistently
- Confidence in outbound calls and cold calling (100-120 dials daily)
- Ability to test, break, and improve sales processes
- Experience building pipelines from 0 is a huge plus
What you'll do:
- Own the full cycle from prospecting to close
-Run outbound motions including cold calling and pipeline generation
-Build and refine the sales motion
-Work directly with founders and have real impact
