About the Role
We’re looking for a
Senior Application Developer (ETL) to join a high-impact enterprise data team supporting large-scale healthcare initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on
data integration, ETL development, and platform modernization, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.
You’ll be working at the intersection of data, systems, and business logic, helping transform complex data into reliable, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and support ETL/data integration solutions across enterprise systems
- Develop using Informatica (PowerCenter, DIH, IICS/IDMC)
- Write and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux scripts
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment (sprints, standups, retrospectives)
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, and production deployments
- Build and maintain data quality, reconciliation, and audit frameworks
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices, including logging/monitoring (Splunk exposure a plus)
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Integration & Application Development
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IICS/IDMC)
- Solid experience with Oracle databases (SQL/PLSQL)
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting
- Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
