We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications and third-party integrations.
-Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules
-Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and client scripts
-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal system operation
-Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions
-Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-Minimum 3 – 4 years of ServiceNow platform administration, development, and design experience
-Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms
-Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform
-Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, among others
-Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues
-Experience supporting/administering other enterprise platforms and technologies
-English B2 or above is mandatory
-Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
-Excellent soft skills
