We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
-Assess client needs, gather requirements, and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions
-Provide expert advice and recommendations on ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
-Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to ensure successful deployments that meet client specifications
-Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and articulate how ServiceNow can address those c-challenges
-Manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction
-Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including its core modules and features, to provide expert advice and solutions
-Proven track record in consulting, with the ability to assess client needs, gather requirements, and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions
-Strong ability to configure and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring successful deployments that meet client specifications
-Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their business challenges, and articulate how ServiceNow can address those challenges
-Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction
-English B2 or above is mandatory
-Maintain a fully professional work environment within the home setting
-Excellent soft skills
