We are a US company with presence in LATAM and experience in the area of near-shore outsourcing, technology, software development, education and digital transformation. We are currently looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join our team.
Summary
As an SAP S/4 HANA Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative change initiatives associated with the migration from on-premises to the cloud. This position focuses on ensuring smooth transitions, enhancing end-user adoption, and maximizing proficiency in the new SAP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all change management activities for key OCM work streams across ERP implementations and major transformations.
- Apply a structured change management approach, specifically tailored for SAP S/4 HANA migration.
- Develop and execute actionable change management plans, including communication, stakeholder management, workforce transition, training, and change readiness plans.
- Identify potential change risks, points of resistance, and develop specific mitigation plans.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings, recommending interventions.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of program-level changes.
- Integrate change management activities with project plans.
- Develop change communication plans and contribute to the design and delivery of training programs.
- Analyze the cost and budgetary impact of change management and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of change management experience, with a focus on major ERP systems, SAP S/4 HANA preferred.
- Proven track record with a minimum of 2+ years in OCM for on premises to cloud SAP migration projects
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, particularly in large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Experience in any SAP S/4 HANA modules (PM, HCM, PP, PS, FI, CO, SD, IM etc.)
- Familiarity with program/project management methods, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
- Demonstrated ability to sell change management services.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Excellent active listening, problem-solving, and root cause identification skills.
- Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines.
- English B2+ is mandatory
- SAP certification is desirable but not necessary.
