About the Role: 

The Vendor Coordinator will manage the scheduling of resources on projects, ensuring efficient routing and complete documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, negotiating, and project logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Management of vendors: oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Project logistics: handle logistics for projects, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Site Documentation for subcontractors: ensure all site documentation is complete and accurate for subcontractors.
  • Routing and scheduling: plan and schedule routes for project rollouts.
  • Ensuring contracts are complete: verify that all contracts are complete and accurate before project commencement.
  • Tech assignments on jobs: assign technicians to jobs.
  • Rollout routing and scheduling: document site visits and schedule rollouts.
  • Partner contract acceptance: enter contract details into the field.
  • Identify coverage gaps: schedule platforms to identify and fill coverage gaps.
  • Rate negotiation: negotiate rates for rollout routing and scheduling.

 

Who we are looking for:

A person that has experience with scheduling, negotiating, routing, and ensuring documentation is complete prior to the start of projects. Someone who understands the US map- where states are located and time zones. Personable and polite. 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (Associates preferred)
  • Staffing, routing, project management
  • Logistic experience
  • Computer skills
  • United States Geography
  • Attention to detail
