Role Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of Loop1’s professional services by coordinating project logistics, schedules, communication, and documentation for U.S.-based clients. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals early in their career who have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to grow within project coordination and service delivery.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure projects are prepared, launched, tracked, and closed efficiently while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Create, schedule, and maintain project plans, timelines, and logistics for U.S. service engagements
  • Prepare and facilitate project kickoff meetings; distribute notes and action items
  • Track prerequisites and verify that required technical environments are ready before project work begins
  • Support project readiness by coordinating resources, availability, and scope details

Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular project status updates
  • Document changes, progress updates, risks, and exceptions
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Service Delivery leadership

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all assigned projects
  • Match engineering resources to engagements based on skills and scope
  • Support time tracking to reflect accurate progress and deliverables
  • Identify potential follow-on service needs and pass opportunities to Sales

Process & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure project documentation aligns with Loop1 delivery processes and quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows
  • Support adoption of tools, templates, and operational best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to document work clearly and consistently
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deadlines, and task follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable supporting U.S. clients and working within U.S. time zones
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM, or similar tools
  • General understanding of IT, networking, infrastructure, or cloud concepts
  • Exposure to SolarWinds or Cisco networking environments (plus, not required)
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience.
This range complies with U.S. state-level pay transparency requirements.
