JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent systems. This role involves more than just model training; it focuses on architecting the connection between cutting-edge research and scalable, production-ready applications. If you enjoy navigating the space between data science and software engineering, you will find this position to be an excellent fit.
This position encompasses a variety of critical tasks aimed at advancing our AI capabilities. You will be instrumental in designing and developing machine learning models across Supervised, Unsupervised, and Deep Learning paradigms to address intricate business challenges. A core component of your work will involve defining the architectural strategy for scalable AI pipelines, covering data ingestion, feature engineering, and automated model retraining. You will also be responsible for integrating these AI models into our existing APIs and microservices, collaborating closely with backend engineers. Optimization is another key area, where you will fine-tune algorithms and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve cost-efficiency. Additionally, your role involves continuous research and innovation, staying abreast of the latest AI trends such as RAG, Agentic Workflows, and Diffusion Models, and evaluating their potential for our product roadmap. Finally, you will ensure that all model development adheres to ethical AI practices, prioritizing fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications. Technical proficiencies include programming, with mastery of Python being essential and familiarity with C++, Java, or Go being a plus. Deep experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries such as Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and LangChain is also required. Data engineering proficiency in SQL, experience with NoSQL databases, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus), and data orchestration tools are necessary. Additionally, cloud and MLOps experience, including deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, is important. Core competencies include a solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistics; experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision; and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
