We are looking for an up-and-coming Manager to lead and grow our software talent, as well as our Corporate Sustainability software team.
We are seeking an up-and-coming Manager of Engineering to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing software engineering team within our Corporate Sustainability product area.
This is a hands-on player-coach role, ideal for a technically strong engineer who is ready to take ownership of team delivery, people leadership, and technical direction while still contributing to the codebase.
You will play a key role in ensuring the engineering team consistently delivers value to customers through high-quality, reliable SaaS solutions. You will also act as the accountable technical and delivery leader for the team within the wider organisation, including Product Management and senior stakeholders.
This role requires a strong software engineering background (ideally .NET / C# or Node.js) with the ability to stay close to the code while leading people and process. You should be comfortable working in an environment with minimal unnecessary formality, where success is driven through direct communication, trust, and continuous improvement.
