  • Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with ‘state of the art’ techniques, best practices, and developments within the design community, bringing forward-thinking ideas to the team.
  • Create engaging and visually compelling infographics.
  • Apply design principles of animation and moving images to enhance presentations.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support the business in managing and delivering client work with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring first-time-right results.
  • Maintain professional, clear communication with clients, proactively managing expectations.
  • Provide technical and creative guidance and support to clients, leveraging design expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, always delivering excellent customer service that considers their specific needs.
  • Assist the workflow team in providing accurate project estimates.
  • Take a proactive approach to project and time management, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Adhere to all departmental, company, and client policies and procedures.
  • Record all activities using designated company tools and systems

Personal attributes

  • Strong knowledge and experience in creating visually appealing layouts and designing infographics.
  • Confidence to present and explain ideas to both clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Calm, composed, and professional demeanour with the ability to work independently or within a team environment, often under tight deadlines.
  • A professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing workloads effectively.
