This role focuses on coordinating regional service requests scheduling, dispatching and efficient resource allocation including their corresponding invoicing and financial reporting, while provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to Coating Advisors and Service Operations Area Managers.

The position drives process optimization, serves as a super user for service tools and systems, and supports projects across several Southern European countries and Turkey.

As a key Administrative and commercial support, you will play a central role in ensuring high customer satisfaction through rapid response and dedicated service.

  • Manage regional work order scheduling and dispatching, including cross‑border assignments and full administrative support for the service operations team.
  • Oversee monthly invoicing, capacity utilization reporting, and financial data accuracy for the region.
  • Provide operational and back‑office support to Coating Advisors and Service Operations Area Managers while contributing to process design, optimization, and system super‑user activities.
  • Handle project‑related administration such as freelancer coordination and support strategic service initiatives across several Southern European countries and Turkey.
  • Ensure adherence to Group policies, tools, and guidelines while assisting Coating Advisors with project requirements.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, or a university degree in Administration or a related field (experience in the Coatings and Marine industry is an advantage).
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

In addition, you are highly organized and structured, with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You excel at coordinating people and processes, engaging confidently with internal and external stakeholders, and adapting with ease to changing priorities. Your flexibility allows you to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
