Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team building cutting-edge Information Governance products. In this role, you'll design and develop solutions hosted in Azure and Microsoft 365, with deep integration into Microsoft Purview and Microsoft AI Foundry. You'll work on products that help organizations manage, protect, and govern their information assets while leveraging the latest in cloud technologies and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Information Governance solutions deployed across Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
  • Build integrations with Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and data estate management
  • Develop AI-powered features leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry to enhance information classification, discovery, and governance capabilities
  • Implement security and compliance features including data loss prevention, retention policies, and sensitivity labeling
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
  • Stay current with Microsoft cloud platform updates and Information Governance trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, or similar object-oriented languages
  • Experience developing cloud-based applications in Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 platform and services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (formerly Azure Purview and Microsoft 365 Compliance)
  • Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or similar AI/ML platforms
  • Knowledge of information governance, compliance, and data protection concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for workflow automation and business intelligence
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Azure Storage, and Azure AD
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Understanding of identity and access management in Microsoft ecosystem
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar

  • Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven architecture, Serverless computing

The Compensation range for this role is 120,145 to 250,717.00 PLN annually and may be eligible for an annual b

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:
