We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Leader with a strong track record in selling IT Services within the Japan market.

Key Responsibilities / 主な職務内容

  • Set and achieve annual sales targets and revenue goals
    年間の売上目標・収益目標を設定し、達成する
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new prospects, generate leads, and convert them into customers
    新規顧客の開拓戦略を立案・実行し、リードを顧客へと転換する
  • Engage with senior management at client organizations and internally to define pursuit strategies and messaging
    クライアント企業の経営層や社内のシニアマネジメントと協働し、営業戦略やメッセージを策定する
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners
    主要顧客やパートナーとの長期的で強固な関係を構築・維持する
  • Understand client business objectives and align solutions to meet their strategic goals
    クライアントのビジネス目標を理解し、ソリューションを戦略的ゴールに合わせる
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to develop customized proposals

  • Participate in RFPs and sales opportunities with cross-functional teams

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to drive new business opportunities

Requirements / 応募要件

  • Minimum 12+ years of proven sales experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Product/Platform organizations
    ITサービス、コンサルティング、またはプロダクト/プラットフォーム企業での12年以上の営業経験
  • Strong network and connections with C-level executives
    Cレベル経営層との強固なネットワーク・人脈
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas

  • Solid understanding of IT Services and digital transformation offerings
    ITサービスおよびデジタルトランスフォーメーションの深い理解
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    優れたコミュニケーション・交渉・対人スキル
  • Strong hunting mindset with the ability to sell large and complex solutions
    大規模かつ複雑なソリューションを販売できるハンター・マインドセット
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
    リーダーシップ、問題解決力、意思決定力の実証
  • Fluent in English / 英語に堪能であること
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
    コンピュータサイエンス、工学、経営学、または関連分野の学士号以上
