About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Clay Specialist to join a fast-moving outbound team. You’ll support the setup and optimization of prospecting workflows using Clay, helping automate data enrichment, personalization, and lead generation at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in building and maintaining outbound workflows using Clay
• Help set up Clay tables, filters, and automations
• Support integrations with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other tools
• Aid in data enrichment and lead sourcing using Clay
• Collaborate with senior team members on personalization and campaign setup

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for junior-level candidates who have hands-on experience with Clay and can show familiarity with:

• Using Clay for outbound prospecting
• Clay table setup and automations
• LinkedIn scraping or Sales Nav integrations
• Basic enrichment using Clay + OpenAI/GPT
• Clay + CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) or Lemlist workflows (a plus)
