About the Role

We’re looking for a Consulting Director – Enterprise Architecture who’s passionate about helping organisations make sense of complexity and modernise the way they work. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Enterprise Architecture Consulting to grow and expand the practice across ANZ. As a senior consulting leader, you’ll partner with clients to understand their goals, shape transformation roadmaps, and design technology architectures that truly move their business forward. You’ll work directly with senior and executive stakeholders, helping them turn big‑picture strategy into practical, people‑centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

As a Consulting Director – Enterprise Architecture you will be focused on:

• Providing architecture consulting expertise across new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
• Leading presales activities including discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses
• Defining target architectures across business, data, application, integration, security, cloud/infra domains
• Creating and governing reference architectures, patterns, and technology standards
• Leading architecture governance activities and ensuring alignment with strategy and requirements
• Supporting cloud strategy and modernization efforts for clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth
• Mentoring junior architects and contributing to the growth of Datacom’s EA practice

What You’ll Bring 

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture or strategic technology consulting 

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and guiding complex engagements 

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to shape investment strategies 

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a collaborative and inclusive style 

• A track record of delivering transformation and embedding architecture into business decision-making
