Note: Candidate should be flexible to adjust to a full 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM schedule (Monday–Friday) if required by the provider to complete 40 hours.

Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Dental Virtual Assistant to support a busy dental practice. This role requires someone experienced in healthcare or dental administrative operations who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment scheduling and patient reminders
- Patient records management and data organization
- Handling patient inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals and internal staff
- Compiling medical research and preparing reports
- Document preparation (reports, presentations, spreadsheets)
- Email and text management (sorting, prioritizing, responding, newsletters)
- Billing support and administrative assistance
- Provider support and patient care coordination
Requirements
Experience requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare or dental administrative roles
- Strong understanding of medical/dental workflows and systems
- Experience with tools such as Planet DDS, Weave, VoIP systems, Slack, Salesforce, WhatsApp, Skype

Basic requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
- Must have relevant work experience
- Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
- Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
