Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, content, social media, and events).
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver high-quality leads and marketing-qualified opportunities.
- Create compelling content that supports product launches, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns for ROI.
- Oversee brand consistency across all customer touch points.
- Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign effectiveness to leadership teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology industries.
- Proven track record in demand generation, campaign management, and lead nurturing.
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on KPIs.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in remote, fast-paced environments.
