Job description

BRC is looking to hire two enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our extraordinary and growing team as Customer Experience Specialists. BRC is a modern office furniture manufacturer focused on creating meaningful and inspirational workplace experiences. THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will oversee all stages of the order lifecycle from beginning to end, using your strong customer service and organizational skills to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain open communication with customers, including dealers and sales staff, to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the 2020 system
  • Ensure efficient coordination and processing of all assigned orders
  • Proactively communicate order issues to customers, dealers, and sales representatives, and provide effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the production team to expedite orders and accommodate special delivery requests
  • Provide timely and accurate freight quotes
  • Assist with order corrections as needed
  • Support sample requests
  • Handle and assist customers with warranty requests

Qualifications

BRC is seeking passionate candidates who possess the following experience and competencies:

  • to be able to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in following areas:
  • PC Skills: Microsoft Windows including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Software.
  • Experience administering projects, planning logistically for all phases of a project life cycle.
  • Furniture knowledge and experience is a requirement; experience at an office furniture dealer and/or furniture manufacturer would be an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required in previous roles.
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts as needed.

  • Manual dexterity requires desktop computers and peripherals to operate.
  • Occasional lifting of moderately heavy objects may be required.
  • Overtime may be required based on project demands.
  • May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing environments.
  • Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
