We're seeking a self-driven LinkedIn Content and Marketing Strategist to join our team full-time. This versatile role combines content creation, design, and video strategy for founder-focused personal branding. You'll work independently to manage end-to-end content production while collaborating on overall brand direction. The position requires strong writing skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Perfect for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats in a dynamic marketing environment.


Own and execute a LinkedIn-centric marketing strategy for founders and executives, turning personal brands into lead-generating, credibility-building assets that support sales outreach and business growth.

This is not a generalist marketing role. It requires someone who lives and breathes LinkedIn and understands the nuance of writing as a founder, not a company.

1. Founder Personal Brand Strategy (Primary)

  • Develop and own LinkedIn personal branding strategies for founders/executives
  • Translate founder voice, lived experience, and POV into authentic content
  • Balance personal storytelling with company positioning and commercial goals
  • Optimize profiles to support outcomes (leads, speaking gigs, authority)

2. Content Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage LinkedIn content calendars (daily or high-frequency posting)
  • Create posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and narrative content
  • Stay current with LinkedIn content trends and algorithm behavior
  • Ensure content feels native, human, and non-generic

3. Collaboration & Client Management

  • Run weekly or regular planning sessions with founders to extract content ideas
  • Act as a strategic partner, not just a content producer
  • Manage feedback sensitively — founders are highly protective of voice and tone

4. Revenue & Sales Enablement Alignment

  • Create content that supports sales outreach and lead nurturing
  • Align marketing output with KPIs like:
    • Leads generated
    • Call bookings
    • Engagement tied to business goals (not vanity metrics)
  • Work closely with sales to ensure messaging consistency

Requirements
