Job Role: Business Development / Admin / Marketing VA (Accounting Software)
Compensation range: $1,500-2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support a growing accounting software business. This role blends business development, admin, and basic marketing support, with a strong focus on outreach and client engagement. You’ll play a key role in connecting with accounting firms, booking product demos, and ensuring smooth follow-ups, while also assisting with day-to-day administrative and marketing tasks.
