This role is ideal for a customer‑centric consultant who thrives in high‑impact implementations and wants to play a critical role in helping property management teams succeed through powerful SaaS solutions.
With increased demand and a growing volume of Knock CRM implementations, we're looking for a Solution Consultant who can step in as a trusted partner to customers—owning end‑to‑end implementations while serving as a strategic advisor throughout the process.
You’ll be backfilling a key contributor on our Knock and OnSite team and helping us keep pace with significant order volume growth, particularly within Knock CRM. While the role will support both OnSite and Knock implementations, your primary focus will be Knock, where demand is strongest today.
This role is highly visible, customer‑facing, and essential to ensuring our customers see real value from their RealPage solutions.
