Overview:
This role can be REMOTE but if you are local to Richardson, TX, we are hybrid (in-office Tuesday and Wednesday)
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Risk and Compliance Transformation Lead Director to assist in transformation initiatives, ensuring that compliance and risk considerations are effectively integrated into the overall transformation strategy. Your responsibilities will include offering support and guidance to the Transformation Lead Director of Risk and Compliance in developing processes, workflows, and systems that align with compliance and risk programs. Additionally, you will actively participate in risk identification and providing compliance advice and support to internal personnel involved in transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage change projects related to post-merger integrations, payments product launches, operational restructuring, and financial crime remediation efforts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, legal) to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
- Implement with guidance comprehensive compliance frameworks to integrate our various products and services, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide risk needs and relevant regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI DSS)
- Conduct with guidance cross-functional risk assessments and reviews to implement consistent risk controls
- Stay up-to-date on evolving regulatory requirements for the financial services industry, proactively adapting RealPage’s processes and controls
- Manage and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports for management on risk mitigation strategies and compliance program deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced work in finance preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Risk & Compliance role within a Big Four consulting firm or a leading financial services institution
- CAMS certification is preferable
- 6 Sigma certification or Process Improvement experience preferred
Required:
- Proven track record of successfully implementation and managing change initiatives with a focus on risk mitigation
- Solid understanding of risk management frameworks and requirements for financial services (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, card network compliance)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex risk scenarios. Innovative thinker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Organize, prioritize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments including those delegated in an area with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Pay Range:
USD $76,600.00 - USD $130,400.00 /Yr.
