JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Sales - LTC at Polaris Pharmacy Services is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. This role involves leading the sales team, building strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in the pharmaceutical services sector.
This position requires travel and coverage across the territories of Illinois, Minnesota, and Michigan.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration and customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Represent Polaris Pharmacy Services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
