Duration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure corporate risk is minimized by managing medical, ethical, and legal obligations related to product and/or device information in full compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify and appropriately escalate product quality concerns, safety issues, and adverse events in accordance with FDA regulations and internal company policies
  • Receive, document, and respond to written medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain medical information resources such as standard response documents (SRDs), FAQs, and email templates to address unsolicited inquiries
  • Act as a subject matter resource for both internal teams and external customers by providing product knowledge and process-related guidance
  • Conduct quality reviews of medical information cases and recorded interactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high service standards
  • Address documentation discrepancies by making corrections and delivering constructive feedback or retraining to team members, including contact center staff
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support the delivery of medical, scientific, and technical product information
  • Provide training and ongoing support to medical information staff, consultants, and contact center teams
  • Manage and resolve escalated cases directed to Medical Information or Medical Affairs
Skills and Experience
Required
  • Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh)
  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech medical information roles
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to medical information, pharmacovigilance (PV), adverse event (AE), and product quality complaint (PQC) reporting
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • Flexibility to adapt and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with experience using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
