Role: Full Stack Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Work Hours: US Time
Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries

Role Summary
This role is aligned with core cloud service needs and focuses on building and evolving business-critical systems. This role is part of a fast-paced team delivering microservices-based products, requiring strong adaptability, technical depth, ownership, and the ability to switch among tasks quickly while maintaining high quality and speed.

Must-Have Qualifications (Required)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python and NodeJS backend development (experience with .NET / C# is a plus)
• Experience building RESTful APIs in a microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Service, Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus) — Azure preferred, but equivalent AWS or GCP experience is acceptable
• Strong front-end development experience with both React and Angular
• Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and state management (e.g., Redux)
• Strong understanding and implementation of unit testing and standard development practices
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Material UI
• Experience working independently and taking ownership in fast-paced environments with frequent context switching
• Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
• Required experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications (Preferred)

• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging patterns (pub/sub)
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers for backend services
• Experience with identity and authentication using Entra ID, Okta, or equivalent (AWS IAM/Cognito, GCP Identity)
• Experience with Cosmos DB or equivalent NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Firestore)
• Experience with logging and observability (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry)
• Familiarity with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack)
• Basic DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD pipeline setup (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• UI/UX or UI design experience or collaboration with design systems
• Familiarity with PowerShell (PS) scripting
• Experience using WSL (Ubuntu) environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using Python and NodeJS within a microservices architecture
• Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using React and Angular, applying modern state management and styling practices
• Build, deploy, and maintain applications on Azure (App Service, Functions, Container Apps)
• Support authentication flows using Entra ID and Okta as needed
• Ensure reliable system integration, performance, and scalability
• Write, maintain, and execute unit tests
• Work across multiple tasks and priorities in a rapid-paced development cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across backend, frontend, cloud, and product domains
• Leverage AI development tools to improve delivery speed and code quality
• (Optional) Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
