Job Description: Support the design, analysis, and implementation of the AHP Variable Copay Product, an innovative healthcare model focused on cost transparency and quality-driven care.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze healthcare claims, provider performance, and cost data
Develop and maintain provider quality scoring models
Support design of variable copay structures based on data insights
Create dashboards and reports to track product performance
Collaborate with product, actuarial, and clinical teams
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve outcomes and cost efficiency
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare data analysis, business analysis, or health plans
Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Understanding of claims data, provider networks, and cost models
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
